The Demonstration Home at 2281 SW Marine Dr.
is coming together with the assistance of a complete team of professionals
dedicated to building better homes for the future.
First there was Patrick Simpson, User Friendly Homes Ltd.,
who conceived the idea of building homes where people would be able to live their entire
lives.
A home where safety and security, especially for children and seniors was paramount
in the design and construction stages.
He was joined by Architect, MaryAnn Clarke-Scott,
who’s life work revolves around the principles of Universal Design and
who’s company Generations Architecture Research Planning has focussed
on
developing housing where seniors can comfortably ‘age in place’.

For the past twenty years, Leigh Grelish, President of Trademark Custom Homes and Renovations has depended on these personal traits to create a reliable base and ensure steady growth in a highly competitive industry.
